- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 business days of delivery.
- Eligibility criteria:
- Items must be unused or only once-burned for scent testing.
- Original packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) included.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of receipt with photo verification.
π Return Process
- Contact support@asteloom.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- We will email you a prepaid shipping labelβreturn shipping is free.
- Package the item securely with the RA number and invoice, then drop it off at the designated courier.
π° Refund & Exchange Options
- Once returned items pass inspection, refunds are processed within 3β5 business days to the original payment method.
- Exchanges are shipped free of shipping costs if stock is available.
- For defective or wrong items, a full replacement or refund will be offered.
π« Exceptions & Fees
- Clearance items, promotional sales, or custom-scented candles may be nonβreturnable (clearly flagged at purchase).
- Restocking fee (e.g., βΉ100) may apply only if specifically disclosed upfront.
π Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled by the Customer before shipment.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; one must follow the returns process.

- Refunds are subject to verification upon receipt of the item.
